By placing an order on the Duck Zone UK website, you are accepting the Terms and conditions detailed below.

Orders.

Orders placed online are submitted through our Shopify website. By placing your order you are agreeing to pay at point of purchase. If you would like to change your order please contact us directly to discuss.

Delivery.

We try our best to minimise delivery costs as much as possible and give you as much choice as needed for your delivery needs.

Returns.

If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can track your order or replace as necessary.

Returns are accepted as per the online selling regulations, as the buyer you have 14 days from purchase to return your items undamaged for a full refund.

Here at Duck Zone UK, your data is our top priority. Therefore all GDPR rules are covered and your information is processed securely.
We only collect the data that we need to process your order. This is processed and held via our Shopify store. Your data is only shared with 3rd parties to fulfil delivery - for example with Royal Mail or Evri delivery service.

Subscription.

Our subscription service is processed through a Shopify third party application. All data is secure. By purchasing the subscription you accept your order processing through this secure app.
